PhoneRig points your domain at your phone for you - with automatic HTTPS. It takes a single DNS record, and you never touch a certificate.
After you enter your domain in the app, PhoneRig shows you a record like this. The Target is generated for you - copy the exact one the app displays.
That's the only step. HTTPS is issued automatically once the record is live - there's nothing to install.
In PhoneRig, go to Pick your address → Your own domain, easy and type the domain you want to use. A subdomain like www.yourdomain.com works best.
PhoneRig shows you one CNAME record. Copy the Target value it gives you.
Sign in wherever your domain's DNS lives (your registrar, or Cloudflare if you use it) and add a CNAME: Name = your subdomain, Target = the value from the app.
The certificate is issued automatically and your site goes live over HTTPS. The app dashboard shows you when it's ready.
DNS → Add record → CNAME. Set Proxy status to DNS only (grey cloud).
Domain → Advanced DNS → Add New Record → CNAME Record.
Domain → DNS → Add → CNAME. Host = your subdomain.
Any DNS panel works - add a CNAME record under your domain's DNS settings.
Point www.yourdomain.com rather than the bare yourdomain.com - most providers don't allow a CNAME on the root. If you need the root, use your provider's CNAME flattening / ALIAS record.
You don't buy or install a certificate. Once the record resolves, the cert is issued for you.
DNS usually propagates in minutes, occasionally up to an hour. The dashboard shows the live status.
The exact Target is the one PhoneRig shows you in the app - if in doubt, copy it again from there.
